Community Working

We really want to help our communities and the people who live there in as many ways as possible. We want to see strong vibrant and successful communities where people want to live, work and play! We see our role as much more than just a landlord and believe that by investing time and resources in you and your area, we can help to improve the quality of life for everyone. That may be through by creating learning & training, supporting people into employment, working with schools and young peoples services, preventing anti-social behaviour, improving the environment and many other projects and services

We have already undertaken many support programmes ranging from our small grants giving to local groups through to larger schemes delivering things like apprenticeships or creating social enterprises. We work with a wide range of local agencies and organisations to do this and are always keen to engage with more groups and individuals – especially if you have a good idea!

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANTS

The company is highly committed to its communities and to its drive to be both a socially responsible employer and landlord.
